My Talks

In my talks, I invite you into a space of honesty, empowerment, and transformation. Drawing from my own journey through trauma, shame, and healing, I offer more than just education — I offer real, human connection and tools for meaningful change.

We look at the deeper impact of pornography, media, and music, and how these shape our beliefs and behaviours. I help my audiences see the long-term effects of both positive and negative sexual experiences, and how this awareness can lead to more informed, empowered choices.

If you’re ready to shift the conversation around sex — to make it more honest, respectful, and shame-free — then my talks are for you. Let’s create a culture where sexual communication is conscious, compassionate, and rooted in true respect.

In this talk, I explore the core principles that shape healthy, meaningful relationships—respect, honesty, compassion, consent, and boundaries. These words are often used, but not always understood or practiced in everyday life. I break them down through real stories, gentle reflection, and practical guidance, inviting us to look at how we relate to ourselves and others.
